As a part of the Neumann Real Estate family, Chip is quite familiar with Ridgefield and its real estate. His success in the business has earned him local and national recognition as Ridgefield's most active homeseller. He was featured in Pat Zaby’s real estate book, Profiles of Top Producers, and was one of only 12 REALTORS® in the United States to be chosen by Howard Brinton for his Star of the Month yearly interview series. He continues to receive numerous national awards for his real estate achievements.

Chip Neumann also served as “Keynote Speaker” three years in a row for the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, Inc. Convention and Trade Shows, including at the Connecticut Association of REALTORS® Annual Convention and Trade Show at the Grand Pequot Hotel in Ledyard, Connecticut. Chip shared his successful business techniques to a sold-out audience. His topic this year was “Image Building." More than 1,000 REALTORS® from across Connecticut attended the convention. Chip served as the 1991 President of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®. Every year since then he has been selected as one of the Top 100 REALTORS® in the United States by Bill Barrett of REALTORS® National Marketing Institute.

Focusing on professional and quality service, Chip has helped hundreds of families sell or buy their homes. As part of a large family and with children of his own, Chip is committed to the best interests of his clients and his community. In addition to assisting clients through the entire home-buying or selling process, Chip and his team continuously support local and national charities. When he isn’t working, which isn’t often, Chip spends time with his wife, Pam, and their three daughters – Heather, Leah, and Brooke.

A truly caring and giving individual with an outstanding work ethic, Kathy has been the perfect Client Care Manager for The Chip Neumann Team for eight years. As a dedicated and licensed real estate professional, Kathy bears an extensive background in sales, marketing and customer service. She displays a strong commitment to high quality work and her customer responsiveness is outstanding. Kathy works extremely close with each of Chip’s sellers and always with an “It’s My Pleasure” attitude.

Besides her close Client Care support, Kathy also brings to the table extensive marketing skills, expertise in media advertising and thorough Internet savvy. Sheila Fox, Marketing Manager

Sheila Fox comes to us with strong professional experience. Her background in business includes six years as an active real estate agent in Ridgefield. Previously, she worked in New York City in several managerial positions. Sheila’s responsibilities include developing creative ways to market your home. She tailors each strategy with marketing materials designed to showcase your property in the most desirable light. Her work with print media, electronic media, virtual tours, and compact discs goes hand-in-hand with her efforts to match buyer leads through the internet with Chip’s properties. She looks beyond proven techniques for ways to upgrade our marketing strategies.

Sheila is a great addition to The Chip Neumann Team. She recognizes our client’s needs and is extremely responsive. She gives her utmost attention to every client in an effort to make their home sale as seamless as possible. Sheila has lived in Ridgefield for over ten years with her husband and three daughters.
